Hotel Booking Assistance
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from the hotel.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain promotional or discounted hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
Tour Guide Services
Cancellation: Tour guide services can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable
Visa Assistance
Service Fee: Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy or consulate.
Rejections: We are not responsible for visa rejections by the embassy, and no refund will be provided for such cases.
Flight Booking & Transportation
Airline Refunds: Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policy. Additional service charges may apply.
Transportation: Private transfer or transportation cancellations made at least 24 hours prior are eligible for a partial refund.
Custom Packages
Refund Terms: Custom packages include combined services. Refunds for individual components may not be possible once the package is confirmed.
Changes & Modifications: Any changes are subject to additional charges based on supplier policies.
General Conditions
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Service charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.
