Hotel Booking Assistance
Hotel reservations follow the policies of the respective hotels.
Non-refundable or promotional bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.
Any additional charges (taxes, resort fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
Tour Guide Services
- Tour timings and itineraries may change due to operational or weather conditions.
- Customers must arrive on time; late arrivals may result in missed services without refunds.
- Special requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Visa Assistance
- We act only as a facilitator and do not guarantee visa approval.
- Visa service fees and embassy charges are non-refundable.
- Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation.
Flight Booking & Transportation
Airline tickets are subject to airline rules, cancellation, and refund policies.
Name changes or ticket re-issuance may incur extra charges.
Transportation bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Custom Packages
Packages are customized and non-transferable after confirmation.
Any modifications may result in additional costs.
No refund is provided for unused services within a package.
Liability
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service changes by third-party providers.
- Customers are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance).
- We are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage during travel.
Payments & Refunds
